Longevity & Performance at MBS Medicine
longevity & performance

Optimize your health, not just your lifespan

Feeling your best at 40, 50, and beyond requires more than avoiding disease. We use biomarker-driven protocols to help you perform, recover, and think at your highest level.

Biomarker-driven protocols

We go beyond standard labs. Advanced panels reveal what's driving aging at the cellular level and where the biggest levers are for you.

Hormone optimization

Testosterone, DHEA, growth hormone pathways, thyroid. Optimizing hormonal health has profound effects on energy, body composition, and cognitive function.

Peptide therapy

Peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, and growth hormone secretagogues are emerging tools for recovery, muscle preservation, and metabolic health.

The difference between surviving and thriving

Standard medicine is designed to catch disease. Longevity medicine is designed to prevent it and optimize function in the years before disease appears. We look at inflammatory markers, metabolic flexibility, hormonal status, cardiovascular risk, and mitochondrial health. Then we build a protocol around what will move the needle most for you specifically.

Peptide therapy

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, the body's own signaling molecules that tell cells to repair, recover, and regulate. Targeted peptide therapy can support energy, recovery, metabolism, sleep, and healthy aging. We offer a range of options, from NAD+ for cellular energy to peptides aimed at recovery and metabolic support, and match the protocol to your goals after a consultation.

What is peptide therapy?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules, instructing cells to carry out specific tasks like repair, recovery, and hormone regulation. Peptide therapy uses targeted peptides to support processes that naturally slow with age, with the goal of better energy, recovery, metabolism, sleep, and overall vitality.
Which peptides do you offer?
We offer a range of options, including NAD+ for cellular energy along with peptides aimed at recovery, metabolic support, and healthy aging. The right choice depends on your goals and your health history, so we review both during a consultation and build a protocol around what you are trying to achieve, rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
How is it given, and what should I expect?
Most peptides are given by a small subcutaneous injection, often self-administered at home after we show you how, over a short and comfortable routine. Some patients notice mild, temporary effects depending on the peptide; we go over what to expect for your specific protocol beforehand and stay available if questions come up.
Do I have to come in person?
No. Most peptide therapy can be managed by telehealth and done from the comfort of your home, so an in-person visit is not required. You are welcome to come into the clinic if you would rather, but the choice is yours.
Important information and disclosures
Peptide therapy is offered as a wellness service and is not FDA-approved for the treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Availability of specific peptides can change with regulatory guidance. Results vary from person to person. A consultation is recommended before starting so we can review your health history and determine whether peptide therapy, and which peptide, is appropriate for you. Patients with a history of cancer should discuss this therapy with their oncologist prior to treatment.

Peptides we offer

A sample of the peptide and peptide-adjacent therapies we work with. The right option, dose, and form are chosen during a consultation based on your goals and health history.

NAD+ Cellular energy
A coenzyme in every cell that supports energy production, DNA repair, and recovery. Levels fall with age. Given by injection to support energy, mitochondrial function, and mental clarity.
Glutathione Master antioxidant
A naturally occurring tripeptide antioxidant the body uses to fight oxidative stress and support detoxification, immune function, and cellular repair. Often used for energy, recovery, healthy aging, and skin.
Sermorelin Growth hormone support
A GHRH analog that prompts your own pituitary to make more growth hormone rather than replacing it. Used to support sleep, recovery, body composition, lean muscle, and healthy aging.
GHK-Cu Skin, hair, and tissue repair
A copper-binding peptide involved in collagen production, wound healing, and hair follicle support. Used topically, and in select cases by injection, for skin rejuvenation and tissue repair.
Oxytocin Bonding and intimacy
A naturally occurring neuropeptide tied to bonding, trust, and sexual function. Used in wellness settings, typically intranasal, to support intimacy, emotional connection, and calm.
Gonadorelin Hormone and fertility support
A GnRH analog that signals the pituitary to release LH and FSH, supporting the body's own testosterone production and fertility. Sometimes used alongside testosterone therapy to help preserve natural function.
Bremelanotide (PT-141) Libido and arousal
A first-in-class peptide that works on the brain's desire and arousal pathways rather than blood flow. FDA-approved for low sexual desire in premenopausal women, and used off-label for low libido in men.

Offered as wellness services and not FDA-approved for treating disease except where noted. This is general information, not medical advice.

FAQ

More questions? Contact us.

What is peptide therapy?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal specific biological processes. Peptides like BPC-157, TB-500, and growth hormone secretagogues (sermorelin, ipamorelin) are used for recovery, tissue repair, and metabolic optimization. We discuss what the evidence supports and what's appropriate for your situation.

How is this different from standard preventive care?

Standard preventive care focuses on avoiding disease. Longevity medicine focuses on optimizing function, performance, and quality of life throughout the aging process. We order labs and use protocols that most primary care practices don't offer.

Is this only for athletes?

Not at all. Most of our longevity patients are busy professionals, parents, and people in their 40s-60s who want to stay sharp, strong, and healthy. Athletic performance is one use case, but it is far from the only one.

How much does a longevity protocol cost?

Costs vary based on labs ordered and treatments prescribed. We are transparent about pricing before you commit to anything. Many patients find the investment significant relative to the impact on quality of life.
