Your mind and body are not separate problems
Mood, anxiety, depression, sleep, and pain are all treatable. We take mental and behavioral health seriously as part of whole-person care, not a referral you never follow through on.
If you are in crisis
- If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room now.
- This practice treats mild-to-moderate conditions by telehealth and is not an emergency or crisis service.
Mood, anxiety & depression
Evaluation and treatment for mood disorders, generalized and social anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. Medication management when appropriate, lifestyle and referrals when not.
Sleep optimization
Insomnia, disrupted sleep, and sleep-related fatigue addressed with evidence-based protocols. Not a sleep hygiene pamphlet, an actual plan.
Stress & burnout
Chronic stress and burnout have real physiological consequences. We evaluate them alongside your sleep, hormones, and overall health, and build a plan that treats the causes, not just the symptoms.
Anxiety, depression, and the symptoms running your day
Real clinical conditions with effective treatments. We evaluate them in context of your hormones, sleep, and physical health, then choose the right combination of medication, lifestyle changes, and therapy referrals.
Get startedSleep, stress, and pain, handled with care
Beyond mood and anxiety, sleep problems, chronic stress, and chronic pain are treatable and deserve a real evaluation. We find what is actually driving your insomnia and address the root, not just the symptom, and we consult on pain with the same care.

FAQ
More questions? Contact us.
Do you prescribe antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications?
Yes. We can prescribe SSRIs, SNRIs, buspirone, and other non-controlled mental health medications. We evaluate carefully and follow up regularly.
What does pain management consulting involve? Do you prescribe opioids?
Pain consulting centers on evaluation, non-opioid options, and coordination with your treating specialists. Any controlled-substance decision is made only by a provider at a visit, within federal and Florida telehealth prescribing rules; nothing on this site is an offer to prescribe any particular medication.
Do you handle ADHD?
Adult ADHD evaluation is available. What treatment looks like, including whether any medication is appropriate, is decided by your provider at your visit, within current federal and Florida telehealth prescribing rules. We cannot discuss or promise specific medications outside of a visit.
Do you provide therapy?
We do not provide psychotherapy directly. We manage psychiatric medication and sleep/pain consulting, and can coordinate with your therapist or help connect you with one.
What conditions are out of scope?
We focus on mild-to-moderate conditions for safety and continuity. Acute psychiatric emergencies, severe psychosis, active suicidal ideation, or conditions requiring inpatient care should go to a hospital or specialized service. If you are in crisis, call 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
