A provider-patient relationship begins only when you complete our intake process and are seen by one of our licensed providers.

Who we serve
Our telehealth services are available to patients physically located in Florida at the time of their visit. Certain services, such as stem cell therapy, are provided in person only. Availability of any treatment is always subject to a clinical evaluation; nothing on this site is an offer to prescribe any particular medication.
No guarantees
Medicine does not come with guaranteed outcomes, and we do not promise any. Statements on this site about treatments describe what published evidence and clinical experience support in general. Individual results vary.
Booking and payment
Scheduling, intake, telehealth visits, and payment are handled through our secure patient portal operated by Practice Better, under the consents and agreements presented there. Our refund and cancellation policy describes how memberships and payments are handled.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to breach its security, scrape it, submit unlawful content through its forms, or use its chat assistant for anything other than questions about our practice.
